Setting Up Failure Notification Recipients

This section explains how to set up the email address for receiving failure notifications.

Setup Method​

  1. Log in to MyPage, click on the icon with your Account ID in the upper right corner, and access [Account Information]. You can also access it directly through this link.
  2. On this page, click the [Change] button on the right side of the [Alternative Contact Information Email Address] field.
  3. Enter the email address you want to set in the [Failure Notification Contact Information Email Address] field and click the [Change] button. This completes the setup.

Currently, in addition to the email address registered as the "Failure Notification Contact Information Email Address", you can also receive notifications at the "Account owner email address" registered on MyPage. However, in the future, failure notification emails are planned to be sent only to the "Failure Notification Contact Information Email Address".
