故障信息通知设置

本文介绍如何设置接收故障信息通知的电子邮件地址。

设置方法

1. 登录 MyPage，点击右上角显示 Account ID 的图标，进入[Account Information]页面。也可以直接通过此链接访问。
2. 在该页面的[Alternative Contact Information Email Address]项目右侧，点击[Change]按钮。
3. 在[Failure Notification Contact Information Email Address]栏中填入想要设置的电子邮件地址，然后点击[Change]按钮。这样就完成了设置。

请注意，对于2026年2月19日之后新注册的账户，原则上"Failure Notification Contact Information Email Address"默认会自动填写"Account owner email address"。但是，如果该电子邮件地址已经在 Statuspage 注册接收通知邮件，则不会自动填写，而是保持为空白。

备注

以前除了注册在"Failure Notification Contact Information Email Address"中的邮箱地址之外，也可以通过注册在 MyPage 中的"Account owner email address"接收通知。但目前，故障信息通知邮件仅会发送至"Failure Notification Contact Information Email Address"。
