Account Information Management

You can confirm and modify your account registration information. Click on the button with your Account ID in the upper right corner of the MyPage and access [Account Information], or you can directly access it through this link. Login is required for access.

The following operations are possible on this page:

Confirmation and Modification of Registration Information

To change your registration information, click the [Change] button on the right side of the item you want to modify. Account type and Account ID cannot be changed.

Registration and Modification of Payment Methods

If no payment method is registered, you cannot use the AmiVoice API. After registering your account, please register a payment method first.

Registration and Modification of Alternative Notification Email Addresses for Various Notifications

If you want to receive various notification emails at an email address other than the "Account owner email address", please register it here. To register a new email address or change an existing one, click the [Change] button on the right, enter the desired email address in the input field for the notification you want to edit, and click the [Change] button.

Note that when registering the "Failure Notification Contact Information Email Address", if you receive a message stating that the email address is already in use, it means that the same email address is already registered as the "Failure Notification Contact Information Email Address" for another account and is already receiving notifications, so registration is not necessary.

Enabling and Disabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

You can enable and disable multi-factor authentication using an MFA app that generates authentication codes.

To enable multi-factor authentication by registering a device, click [Register Device] on the right and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you register a device, you will be required to enter an authentication code in addition to your ID and password when logging into MyPage from the next time onward.

When device registration is complete, an "MFA Deactivation Code" will be displayed at the top of the dialog where you performed the registration. This MFA Deactivation Code will be necessary if you want to disable multi-factor authentication when you're not logged into MyPage and having trouble with authentication. Make sure to save this code before closing the dialog. Please note that once you close the dialog, you won't be able to check the deactivation code again. The deactivation code is not needed if you're disabling MFA while logged into MyPage.

Membership Deactivation Procedure

You can perform the membership deactivation procedure yourself from MyPage. Follow the on-screen instructions by clicking the [Proceed to Membership Deactivation] button.

After deactivation, you will no longer be able to use the AmiVoice API, and all data for the account listed in [Account Information] will be deleted. If you want to use the service again, you'll need to register a new account. Note that voice data and text data saved when using speech recognition with "Logging" will not be deleted even after membership deactivation.

Viewing Login History and Operation Logs

You can check your login history and MyPage operation history (such as password changes and enabling multi-factor authentication) since the maintenance on 2022/10/25. It's also possible to export the past three years of history as a CSV file.

caution

Account ID, Service ID, and Service Password cannot be changed. If you absolutely need to change these, you'll have to cancel your account and create a new one. Be careful not to accidentally disclose this information.
